Setting and sticking to goals

Originally, I started this blog for myself as a new mom- to keep up with things that did and did work and to help other moms that could come across this. 


However, I didn't stick to it. I often find myself setting goals for myself and not sticking to them. Not checking in... Not having accountability partners... Not taking the steps i needed to hold myself to the goals i set. 

So, I am going to place my goals here and check in every Monday. Hopefully this helps me- and you! 



1. Attend church every Sunday. 
- as easy as this sounds. Getting me and baby girl fed and dressed gives me enormous amongst of anxiety. 

2. Practice portion control daily. 
- meal prepping is important for this. So i will also prep atleast my lunches every Sunday. 

3. Read one book a month. 
- wether it is self-help or not does not matter. I want to read and expand my mind. 

4. Have me time at least once a month. On a day baby girl is gone. 
-dinner and a movie will suffice-maybe a massage sometimes too! 

 I have more, but for now I will start small and do what I can to accomplish these!
