What stressful thing has happened to you this week? Are you assigning a negative label to it? Can you find at least five positive things about the situation?

I came across this and thought about how useful it could be to think about as I wait to be able to LEAVE! I can't think of at least one stressful event that has happened to me this week- and I am almost positive I didn't stop and look at any positives of the situation.
Had I focused more on positives and the "NOW" I wouldn't have broken down and let it "ruin my day". Every situation has to have a positive- and if it doesn't at the time- it will at some point.
At some point- something good will happen. Keep your head up- wait for that positive moment and enjoy it.
